Autogenic Training is a self-relaxing method using psychic concentration which through progressive learning of SPECIFIC EXERCISES including HEAVINESS, WARMTH, REGULATION OF HEARTBEAT AND RESPIRATION RATE, SOLAR PLEXUS and COOL FOREHEAD, makes it possible to quickly obtain noticeable modifications of the psycho-somatic unit and to intervene on numerous functional disturbances.

Methodology
The program features theoretical-practical lessons with guided exercises, analysis and discussion of the participants experience and accounts of direct experiences.
During the practical part of the lessons the participants will have the possibility of testing the benefits on themselves of this very useful and tried and true therapeutic method.
