On 9.02.1997 at CISSPAT national offices in Padua,
the "ISTITUTO ITALIANO MAX LUSCHER" was founded with the aim of continuing
to disseminate, study and experiment the most recent version of the
Luscher test,
after recent innovations regarding administration techniques and its
application to a wide range of sectors.
Despite the fact that the most important application of the test is
in the clinical field, it is also of valid assistance in other areas
including personnel selection, professional orientation, development
of human potential, in management, criminology, ethnology and homeopathy.
By founding the Institute, Prof. Luscher, who has held in-depth and
refresher seminars on the Test at CISSPAT in Padua, wanted to acknowledge
CISSPAT's seriousness, merit and commitment in distributing the complete
form of the Luscher Test in Italy since 1982.
This training activity, followed by an increasingly greater number
of physicians, psychologists and other operators, over the years has
created the basis for this recognition which resulted in the founding
of the Istituto.
When the Luscher Test was first presented to the World Psychology
Congress in 1947, it was so successful that it was rapidly disseminated
throughout the world due to its easy administration and interpretation
in addition to the validity of its results.
